In Canada, shipping is free for orders of 150$ CAD or more, before taxes. A flat fee of 15$ + taxes applies to orders of 149.99$ and under, before taxes (standard shipping 3-9 business days). For all shipments outside Canada, delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage according to the volume, weight and delivery address of your order.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once your order has been validated and paid for, we will dispatch your package within a maximum of 5 working days.

We use Canada Post to ship your order. Delivery may take from 2 to 14 days once shipped.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

We do not issue refunds. However, if you have changed your mind, we will gladly exchange your item for a voucher valid in our store or online within 15 days of receiving your order.
