This minimalist necklace is part of Lidia Raymond's Inspiring Collection, which dedicates each piece in the collection to a Quebec woman who has inspired her through the positive social impact they have had in their community.

This piece is created in tribute to Carrie Derrick, one of the first women to be admitted to McGill University and who went on to gain international recognition for her scientific research and activism for women's rights.

All of Lidia's jewelry is handmade in her Montreal studio.

SHIPPING

In Canada, shipping is free for orders of 150$ CAD or more, before taxes. A flat fee of 15$ + taxes applies to orders of 149.99$ and under, before taxes (standard shipping 3-9 business days). You can choose other, faster shipping methods at checkout. These variable charges will be calculated at this stage.

For all shipments outside Canada, delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage according to the volume, weight and delivery address of your order.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once your order has been validated and paid for, we will dispatch your package within a maximum of 5 working days.

Some items are produced to order. In such cases, shipping may take up to 10 business days and you will be notified accordingly.

We use Canada Post to ship your order. Delivery may take from 2 to 14 days once shipped.

CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER

Contact us immediately at (514) 861-4427. If your order is still being processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

We do not issue refunds. However, if you have changed your mind, we will gladly exchange your item for a voucher valid in our store or online within 15 days of receiving your order.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

RETURN COSTS

If you wish to exchange an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for the new shipping charges for your exchange.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE

If your package has not been claimed, it will be returned to us.

We will contact you to determine whether the order should be reshipped or refunded.

If the buyer does not return to us within 31 days, the order cannot be reshipped and will not be refunded.
