Mini Raku Bowl, Red Dots

Regular price $20.00
This mini ceramic bowl, entirely handmade in Montreal, will bring a nice touch of color to your table or decor. Use it at the table to put salt or spices, or as a decorative object to put small pieces like rings or earrings...
This piece is a creation of Marie-Christine Lété, a Montreal ceramist. Passionate about sculpture, she also produces small series of pieces made on the wheel and fired in raku. Mainly decorative, but also utilitarian, for the time of a meal, they are neither dishwasher nor microwave safe.
Offer it together with the small colored raku box, from the same collection
Raku, joy and pleasure in Japanese, is, at the time, intimately linked to Zen philosophy and the tea ceremony. This technique, although controlled, gives a unique result for each piece, with the most exciting random effects.
