This handmade valet tray, made in Montreal, is not only practical for storing your small items, but also classic and timeless, easily integrating into your home or office decor.

This item is a creation of Caroline Letang, a Montreal leatherworker. The leather she uses is locally sourced and comes from the Ruisseaux tannery in Kamouraska.

DELIVERY

Once your order is validated and paid, we ship your package within a maximum of 5 working days.

Some items are produced to order. In such cases, shipping may take up to 10 business days and you will receive a notice to that effect.

We use Canada Post to ship your order. Delivery may take 2 to 14 days once it has been shipped.

CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER

Contact us immediately at (514) 861-4427. If your order is still in process, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

We do not issue refunds. However, if you have changed your mind we will gladly exchange your item for a voucher valid in our store or online within 15 days of receiving your order.

CONDITION OF EXCHANGES

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

RETURN COSTS

If you wish to exchange an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).

The original shipping charges are not refundable.

You will be responsible for the new shipping charges for your exchange.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE

If your package has not been claimed, it will be returned to us.

We will contact you to determine if the order should be reshipped or refunded.

If the buyer does not return to us within 31 days, the order cannot be reshipped and will not be refunded.
