This creation by Montreal jeweler Lidia Raymond is part of the Inspiring Collection. With this collection, Lidia wants to pay tribute to great women from Quebec who have had a positive influence in their community and society.
The Madeleine earrings are a tribute to Madeleine Parent. A trade unionist and feminist, she was involved in the organization of workers at Dominion Textile in the 1940s. In the 1980s, she was still an activist for women's, native and immigrant rights.
