Julie-Soleil creates luminous, elegant and radiant artisanal weavings that exude her joie de vivre. All her pieces are guided by a concern for comfort, which is why she uses soft, natural materials such as organic cotton, linen, alpaca and merino wool.

For several years now, Julie-Soleil has also been working on small leather goods. She incorporates her weavings with leather, which harmonize perfectly with her creations.

"I've always loved textiles since I was a child, their softness, their textures. I love playing with thread colors to find the perfect combinations, making weaving samples that will give me the desired texture, finding the marriage between my weaves and the different leathers for my leather goods collection."

Made from cognac vegetable-tanned cowhide leather and a hand-woven linen yoke, it's a stylish way to store your cards. Holds 6 to 9 cards. A one-of-a-kind accessory!

A recent graduate of the École des métiers du cuir de Montréal, Julie-Soleil is the recipient of the Diane Tremblay Award of Excellence for the 2023 cohort.

DETAILS:

MATERIALS: Cowhide imported from Italy, vegetable tanned. Hand-woven linen
PROVENANCE: Montreal, Quebec
DIMENSIONS: Closed: 7 x 10 x 1 cm (2.76 x 3.94 x 0.4 inches). Open: 14 x 10 cm (5.5 x 3.94 inches)

Please note: given the entirely manual manufacturing techniques, colors may vary slightly, but will remain in the same tones.

  • SHIPPING

In Canada, shipping is free for orders of 150$ CAD or more, before taxes. A flat fee of 15$ + taxes applies to orders of 149.99$ and under, before taxes (standard shipping 3-9 business days). You can choose other, faster shipping methods at checkout. These variable charges will be calculated at this stage.

For all shipments outside Canada, delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage according to the volume, weight and delivery address of your order.

  • SHIPPING DELAYS
Once your order has been validated and paid for, we will dispatch your package within a maximum of 5 working days.
Some items are produced to order. In such cases, shipping may take up to 10 business days and you will be notified accordingly.
We use Canada Post to ship your order. Delivery may take from 2 to 14 days once shipped.

  • CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER
Contact us immediately at (514) 861-4427. If your order is still being processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

  • EXCHANGE AND RETURN
We do not issue refunds. However, if you have changed your mind, we will gladly exchange your item for a voucher valid in our store or online within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

  • RETURN COSTS
If you wish to exchange an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the new shipping charges for your exchange.

  • UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
If your package has not been claimed, it will be returned to us.
We will contact you to determine whether the order should be reshipped or refunded.
If the buyer does not return to us within 31 days, the order cannot be reshipped and will not be refunded.
