These earrings, handmade in Montreal, are part of the Inspiring collection by jeweler Lidia Raymond. With this collection, Lidia wishes to highlight the contribution and positive influence of Quebec women in their community.

With this creation, Lidia pays tribute to Jeannette Bertrand, writer, journalist and actress who has committed, through her work, to demystify the taboos and other controversial subjects of her time, such as domestic violence, the distress of the elderly, homosexuality and AIDS and now the fight against the prejudices related to ageism.

The Janette earrings are available in sterling silver and 14 karat yellow gold plated sterling silver. You can wear them as a set with the Delphine and France necklaces.

SHIPPING

In Canada, shipping is free for orders of 150$ CAD or more, before taxes. A flat fee of 15$ + taxes applies to orders of 149.99$ and under, before taxes (standard shipping 3-9 business days). You can choose other, faster shipping methods at checkout. These variable charges will be calculated at this stage.

For all shipments outside Canada, delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage according to the volume, weight and delivery address of your order.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once your order has been validated and paid for, we will dispatch your package within a maximum of 5 working days.

Some items are produced to order. In such cases, shipping may take up to 10 business days and you will be notified accordingly.

We use Canada Post to ship your order. Delivery may take from 2 to 14 days once shipped.

CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER

Contact us immediately at (514) 861-4427. If your order is still being processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

We do not issue refunds. However, if you have changed your mind, we will gladly exchange your item for a voucher valid in our store or online within 15 days of receiving your order.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

RETURN COSTS

If you wish to exchange an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for the new shipping charges for your exchange.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE

If your package has not been claimed, it will be returned to us.

We will contact you to determine whether the order should be reshipped or refunded.

If the buyer does not return to us within 31 days, the order cannot be reshipped and will not be refunded.
