Jeweler
Isabelle Kapsaskis
Isabelle graduated from the Montreal School of Jewelry in 2010. She travelled for several years and created her first pieces travelling between Mexico and Argentina. Once back in Montreal she opened a workshop at home and started selling her work in a boutique. She has since had two children, so she is a full time jeweler and mother. She designs large textured and organic pieces, mainly in sterling silver, which she likes to match with a few shades of gold, turquoise or blue.
She creates her jewelry as passionately as she travels, and this raw energy is reflected in her pieces. She is sensitvie to her surroundings, which she then transmits in her textures, shapes and colours. The heart of her work lies in the exploration and evolution of forms and contrasts. It is by manipulating, forging and twisting metal that the essence of her jewellery is born.
