• SHIPPING

Orders are sent by Canada Post.

All packages are sent without signature, please contact us if you wish to add this option.

Please note that postal delays are out of l'Empreinte's control and may be longer than expected due to Canada Post's backlog following a month-long walkout, or to the time of year.

In Canada, delivery charges start at 200$ CA before taxes. You can choose other delivery methods at the checkout stage, for a fee but faster. These variable charges will be calculated at this stage.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the volume, weight and shipping address of your order.

• SHIPPING DELAY

Once your order has been validated and paid for, we will dispatch your parcel within a maximum of 5 working days.

Some items are produced to order. In such cases, shipment may take up to 10 working days, and you will be notified accordingly.

• CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER

Contact us immediately at (514) 861-4427. If your order is still being processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

• EXCHANGE AND RETURN

We do not issue refunds. However, if you have changed your mind, we will gladly exchange your item for a voucher valid in our store or online within 30 days of receipt of your order.

• EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

• RETURN COSTS

If you wish to exchange an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for the new shipping charges for your exchange.

• UNCLAIMED PACKAGE

If your package has not been claimed, it will be returned to us.

We will contact you to determine whether the order should be reshipped or refunded.

If the buyer does not return to us within 31 days, the order cannot be reshipped and will not be refunded.
