*Due to the current lock-out situation at Canada Post, we cannot guarantee delivery service with this carrier. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders are sent by different carriers. If you prefer Canada Post*, simply select the option from the drop-down menu. Otherwise, your order will be shipped by a carrier at l'Empreinte's discretion.

All packages are sent without signature, please contact us if you wish to add this option.

Please note that postal delays are beyond the control of l'Empreinte and may be longer than expected due to the current situation with Canada Post, or the time of year.

In Canada, delivery is free from 150$ CA before taxes. A flat fee of 15$ + taxes applies to orders of 149.99$ and under, before taxes (standard shipping 3-9 business days). You can choose other, faster shipping methods at checkout. These variable charges will be calculated at this stage.

For all shipments outside Canada, delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage according to the volume, weight and delivery address of your order.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been validated and paid for, we will dispatch your package within a maximum of 5 working days.

Some items are produced to order. In such cases, shipment may take up to 10 working days, and you will be notified accordingly.

CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER

Contact us immediately at (514) 861-4427. If your order is still being processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

We do not issue refunds. However, if you have changed your mind, we will gladly exchange your item for a voucher valid in our store or online within 15 days of receiving your order.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

RETURN COSTS

If you wish to exchange an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for the new shipping charges for your exchange.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE

If your package has not been claimed, it will be returned to us.

We will contact you to determine whether the order should be reshipped or refunded.

If the buyer does not return to us within 31 days, the order cannot be reshipped and will not be refunded.
